A TypeScript monorepo in which a discord.js gateway bot, a Fastify REST API, a BullMQ worker and a Next.js dashboard share one Postgres database and one Redis instance. All business logic and permission checks live in a single core package so the bot and the dashboard behave identically.
Overview
Communities that run support through Discord end up with ticket bots, spreadsheets and staff channels that do not talk to each other. Relay brings tickets, team routing, service-level targets and staff applications into one system that works inside Discord and from a browser.
Architecture
Four apps, one core. The bot handles Discord interactions, the API serves the dashboard, the worker runs queued jobs such as SLA timers, and shared zod schemas keep the contracts consistent. Attachments go to S3-compatible storage.
