Shift Manager

• Manage cash handling, till reconciliation and stock levels; escalate equipment and staffing issues to store management.

• Promoted into management after progressing from Crew Member to Crew Coach across the preceding two years.

Freelance Integration Developer

Contracted to design, build and maintain a custom Discord ↔ Roblox integration for a Roblox roleplay community, replacing manual admin work with automation. The client is not named publicly.

• Built automation for role synchronisation, activity tracking and event management.
