A pnpm and Turborepo monorepo with four apps: a Next.js storefront and dashboard, a Fastify API, a licensing service and a BullMQ worker. Artifacts move through quarantine and released buckets in S3-compatible object storage, payments run through Stripe, and the whole system is specified in a set of governing documents covering product requirements, architecture and task sequencing.

Overview

Roblox developers who sell models, systems and tooling have no standard way to license what they sell or to control who can download it. Delivry gives them a storefront, licence keys tied to Roblox identities and a controlled artifact pipeline.

Architecture

Business logic lives in a core package that the API, licensing service and worker all import. Uploaded artifacts land in a quarantine bucket and are promoted to a released bucket only after processing. Postgres, Redis, MinIO and Mailpit run locally through Docker Compose so the full stack works on a fresh machine.

Development process

Work is driven by a written protocol: one task ID per session, with a product requirements document, architecture document, task list and bug log kept in the repository and updated as the code changes.
